So do you guys ever still think about how bizarre this place is, or do you pretty much just get used to it after a while? It's weird as hell, the stuff you just start accepting after a while – you don't even think about how most of us came from a place where cats don't hatch out of eggs.

(...I say "most" because some jerk out there's going to pop up and prove me wrong, you just watch. Even if you also hatch your damn cats, I'm pretty sure there's something here that's out of the ordinary.)

I don't know if there's much point to this, but there's not much point to anything that goes on around here, anyway. I don't know, even if this place is better than whatever's going on back home, sometimes you miss being useful, too. Another thing to get used to, I guess.

...No, really, I am getting sick of the kittens-from-eggs thing. I'm going to have more cats than I do Swablus at this rate.

I've met a British guy. He asked me why I wasn't engaged yet. Are they all like that?

I'm from a little town called Inaba. I did stay in Tokyo when I was an idol. So when I was told that a lot of people stop traveling when they get to Goldenrod, it made a lot of sense. This city does kind of remind me of Tokyo.

Doesn't it just? It's one of the few familiar things here. The place I'm from is called Honnō City; it's on a manmade island in Tokyo Bay. Most people are from worlds close enough to know what Tokyo is but have no damn idea about where I'm actually from.

...Also ew. Was he saying it like he was hitting on you?

I think it's like what someone told me a while ago. You're from Japan, but a different Japan. I don't know a Honnō City, either. I don't think where I'm from exists in their Japan's either. It's really weird to think about.

Definitely. It really threw me off! If you ever meet a man named Ron, be careful!

He was on her list when she was still an Espurr. So was Momo-kun, but she tolerated him because he gave me an Oshawott egg.

Oh, he's easy to spot. Orange red hair, glasses, and a really weird smile.

Yeah... He left me some of his Pokémon when he went home. I'm glad there was only one bug... Beautifly's aren't that scary. But I did get another Eeveelution that way. She's an Umbreon, and she's really sweet.

Well, I have a Sylveon. And another friend left me her shiny Eevee. I think he agrees with me on him becoming a Glaceon. I really do want one of each type. They're super cute!

You know, I've never actually raised one? Maybe I will sometime, it's just never been one that I've really put much thought into.
