002. [Video]
May. 25th, 2014 03:38 pm[Well, Nonon looks...less than pleased today, to put it lightly.
She's more than a bit disheveled, for one thing, a few locks of her hair bouncing in loose waves around her shoulders instead of neatly tucked back, as most of it usually is; she also appears to have been rolling on the ground, if the smudges on her shoulders and face are anything to judge by, but at least she's not wearing the drum major's uniform today. What she is wearing isn't really any more dignified, but at least it's more suitable for whatever it is she's been doing, anyway.
It takes her a moment to put the camera down, since she seems to be working one-handed and there's a godawful wailing noise happening somewhere in the background; she manages to get it settled more or less straight eventually, and she promptly ducks down out of view for a moment, though her voice can sort of be heard over that wailing.]
Aria, stop it...!
[Well, Aria's cries come to a complete stop after that, but it doesn't sound like it was willingly; if anything, it was the sort of muffled, cacophonous stop that comes with someone being gagged.
Nonon comes back into the shot after that, however, looking annoyed but vaguely triumphant in that at least it's quiet for once; the reason for the sudden silence becomes clear as soon as she takes a step back to steady herself. To say that she's got her Whismur in her arms is both entirely correct and a massive oversimplification; she's supporting its body properly with her right hand, granted, but her left arm currently has it pinned against her chest in what would be a stranglehold, if the thing had a proper neck. However, since she's dealing with a blob here and she'd really prefer to not just up and kill it anyway, she's holding it in place with her forearm barred horizontally and stuffed in its mouth.
Yeah.
Aria's squirming like crazy and every now and then making frustrated "mmmffffff" noises, but at least she's not screaming anymore; Nonon just adjusts her grip once in a while as she talks, never losing the almost unnaturally cheerful smile she's aiming at the camera.]
Does anyone know how to get a Pokémon to stop crying so much? It's not like Aria-chan's a baby anymore, she should really know better! But still, she starts wailing and then she seems to freak herself out with the wailing, so she just wails more, and she can do it forever because I think she breathes through her ears.
[She glances down for a moment as though to verify to herself that that is, in fact, where Aria is breathing from, jerking back on her chokehold while she does so to try to get the Whismur to hold still.]
...Yup. Through the ears.
Anyway, does anyone know how to make her knock it off? I'd really hate to have to ditch her in the woods somewhere.
