Have you just not spoken to anyone who's gone home? We don't remember anything about this place when we leave, and it's pretty obvious why, too.
Think about it. A lot of us showed up in the middle of important things, and a bunch have talked to people who are further along on the...timeline, I guess, than we are. It's pretty reasonable to think that they'll tell us how our lives turn out - or don't turn out, given all the dead people. If we remembered, it's possible they'd go back and change something to try to fix their outcome, and I don't think I need to tell you how badly that might screw something up even worse than it was already.
Since there hasn't been anyone on the network posting with "Oh god, I went home and messed everything up, what do I do?" - and you know if someone had done that it would be the first thing some of these people would do about it, since they like broadcasting their problems to the world - it's pretty clear that no one remembers.
